Brigadeiro

Last night I had Chocolate in my mind (as usual), so I went back to my Brazilian roots and made some Brigadeiro. Not much is left today, thanks to me and Nick. (mostly me though)

Brigadeiros were always in every kid party we went to growing up, Usually with just chocolate sprinkles, but of course you can choose what you'd like.

It literally takes just a couple of minutes, plus cooling time then rolling. An easy candy for parties or just to have around the house.
